What's Included

The price quoted is for our photographer

to attend at your wedding ceremony

and if required, a pretend cake cutting

and toast shots at the reception.

The price includes the finished

photographs and a

free to keep photo CD proof.

CD contains 50 to 200+ proofs

depending on photo opportunities and

your chosen package.

A 6x4 numbered proof album of up to

100 prints is available for £20 extra.

Deposit

A £75 (minimum) deposit

is requested to reserve the day

and time for your wedding,

the balance in full no later than

2 months before your wedding .

You may also pay by three equal insatllments. ⅓ deposit followed by

2 payments at 6 months and

2 months before the wedding day.

*As always, time is money.

Expenses may apply if your wedding

venue or reception is further than

15 miles from our location.

Or if your reception is more than

2 hours after your wedding ceremony.

You may also incur a charge if you

require a 3rd venue. e.g. photographs

at home. But don't worry, there are

no hidden charges and you only pay

the agreed total on your booking form.

Albums

We know that some people prefer to provide

their own wedding photograph album,

or you may receive one as a wedding gift.

Please note that we no longer

supply budget range wedding albums.

Most print sizes are available and we can

usually produce prints to suit any size of album.

When you are ready to place your order for album photo's

and reprints, please use our 'print order form' in pdf.

Or list the photograph numbers in order of sizes

and quantities and then post the order together with full

payment to the address given above.

If your order is for pre-paid photo's only,

you can also order by e-mail.

Your photographs will then be printed onto Fuji or Kodak

professional quality photographic paper and then posted or

personally delivered to your address.

For all subsequent orders, postage is charged at cost.

In years to come you may want reprints of your wedding photographs,

and for this reason we always keep the negatives and a master

copy of every wedding on CD / DVD.

Presented in a DVD case with a front cover photograph from your wedding.

The price is £75 for up to 36 photographs and includes a menu

with selectable chapters, all set to your own choice of music.

Additional photographs £2.50 each.

Parents, guests and additional DVD's can be purchased for £18 each.

For a small extra charge, we can also include childhood photographs and video footage

plus any special events and occasions that you may want to keep safely on DVD.

We can also transfer video footage of your wedding or other event to DVD.

There are four Photo CD Options
Option 1	A free proof album on CD of all the photographs in low resolution and is suitable for viewing as a slide show on a PC. It can be requested instead of a free proof album of prints.
Option 2	Contains only your chosen album photographs in LOW resolution and costs £15.
Option 3	As Option 2 but at HIGH resolution and is suitable for taking prints and costs £75.
Option 4	A master copy and contains ALL the proof photographs at HIGH resolution and costs £125.
To avoid © Copyright infringement, options 3 & 4, include a licence to take unlimited prints.

We receive many bookings from previous clients
recommendations and the internet. Due to our popularity, we no longer find
it necessary to visit or receive clients to show them our portfolio, instead
we refer them to this web site where all relevant information including a
portfolio and a downloadable booking form are available.

We are always available for a chat on the phone should you wish

to discuss any particular details.

Needless to say, we offer a full range of services including prints in
colour, black & white, vignette effects etc.

Currently, we no longer supply traditional wedding albums.

StoryBook and GraphiStudio options are still available.
